On The Stone
Meat or Fish is served seasoned on a board for you to cook at your table on a very hot lava volcanic stone.
On the ‘Stone’ cut a thin slice, then cook that slice to your liking. Turn the rest of the meat over every now and again to avoid it over cooking on just one side. If you like it rare remove from the ‘Stone’ onto the side plate. The more ‘done’ you want your meat, the narrower it has to be sliced, “just right for you”
At request we offer bibs to protect your clothing please ask a member of staff for one should you feel the need.
Please do not touch, lift or pass the ‘Stone’ as they sizzle for a very good reason.
